Vicente and Michel will show us in 12 videos the Basic Handling for Bartrainers. The handling must be precise. From the point of view of the movement, it must be fast, not tiring and safe. We will learn how to be more productive by improving our skills to be able to use both hands for cutting, measuring, for taking different types of bottles with various weights and for combining two or more bottles at a time. We will also see the different ways to serve with efficiency and aesthetics.
Once you finish this workshop, you will have gained the necessary skills to work safely behind a bar, to be more fast and efficient and to work with more style. You will know each handling and how to apply them in direct drinks and cocktails.
