Javier Caballero is a Spanish world-wide known bartender who counts with more than 17 years of experience in the sector. He started the profession randomly but his will to learn made him gain an extensive knowledge about classic and modern mixology as same as about flair bartending. Thanks to this knowledge, he created in 2009 the concept of “Evolutionary Mixology” where he combines the classic techniques with the modern ones in order to bring new experiences to his customers.
He is the Director of Liquid Experience, Liquid Club and dash. He is the advisor for some mixing and beverage brands and he has participated as a speaker in several national and international events. « Liquid Experience, Cocteleria Evolutiva » is the name of his book.
Furthermore, he is a technical advisor and external professor for the course « Bartender and Modern Mixology » at the Basque Culinary Centre of San Sebastian (Spain) as same as at the CETT – UB (University School of Hotel Management and Tourism of Barcelona, Spain) and professor of the seminar « Bar Master Reserve » at the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid (Spain).
