Javier Caballero will show us in 10 units and 14 recipes the way he sees mixology. During more than 2 hours, he will talk about the pillars of the evolutionary mixology which he classifies them in three main groups: product, technique and bartender.
One of the main characteristics of this workshop is that the tools you will need can be easily found in a bar. We will learn homemade recipes with different flavour extraction techniques, jellification, dry ice. Javier Caballero will highlight the importance of the “why”, he will conceptualize the recipes, the creative techniques and much more.
