Kim Ossenblock nos enseña mediante 20 vídeos todos los secretos para poder hacer un buen Latte Art. Nos enseñara desde a crear una buena crema, hasta los dibujos “básicos” para que después puedas dar rienda suelta a tu creatividad creando tus propios dibujos. Al acabar el workshops, sabras las utilizar distintos tipos de leche, elegir tus tazas y jarras, a crear una buena emulsión en tu leche, y a preparar dibujos como corazones, tulipanes rosettas y mucho  mas… te lo vas a perder?

Vicente and Michele will show us in the following workshop a different free pouring technique called “Mechanics Technique”. This technique is based on the mixing of both movement and measurements. So from now one it is not necessary to count anymore.

En este workshop Kim Ossenblok enseña mediante 13 videos a como hacer un buen café. Tanto para disfrutar en casa de un buen café, como para aprender a utilizar distintas técnicas y cafeteras de filtro para empezar a elaborar tus propias creaciones. Cuando acabes el workshop sabras elegir el café que mas te interesa en cada momento, el mejor agua para preparar tu café, podrás crear tu propia receta de café, y podrás utilizar distintas cafeteras como la cafetera de embolo, la V60, aerobuses, Chemex, moka, cold drip…

In 10 workshops Pepe Carballido will drive us through the heart of the maguey (agave) and through the molecule of the mezcal. He will explain the origin, history and biodiversity of the maguey plant and the different ways to elaborate a handmade mezcal. He will show the art of Masters Mezcaliers and how to identify the endless elements that form part of the infinite algorithms of flavours and aromas of the mezcal. All of the proceeds from the sale of this workshop throughout September will be donated to help Oaxaca earthquake victims.

In 9 series Javier Caballero will show you in a simple way the necessary steps you need to know for all basic and non basic premixes in order to get a good set up in a bar, no matter if you are a professional or an amateur who wants to surprise your friends.

Premix and homemade preparations

Vicente and Michele will show us in 12 videos the Basic Handling for Bartrainers. The handling must be precise. From the point of view of the movement, it must be fast, not tiring and safe. We will learn how to be more productive by improving our skills to be able to use both hands for cutting, measuring, for taking different types of bottles with various weights and for combining two or more bottles at a time. We will also see the different ways to serve with efficiency and aesthetics.
