Javier Caballero is a Spanish world-wide known bartender who counts with more than 15 years of experience in the sector. He started the profession randomly but his will to learn made him gain an extensive knowledge about classic and modern mixology as same as about flair bartending. Thanks to this knowledge, he created in 2009 the concept of “Evolutionary Mixology” where he combines the classic techniques with the modern ones in order to bring new experiences to his customers.

Director of the platform I+D Mezcal  (R&D Mezcal) which experiments with the introduction of Mezcal into different culinary techniques combining cooking and mixology. He is a professional cooker with more than 10 years of experience and has a degree from the Hoffman Cooking School in Barcelona (Spain). He teaches the use of Mezcal, the diversity of agaves and the methods for its handicraft production. He has created the first Mezcal bar in Barcelona called « La Divina ». He organises Mezcal caterings, tastings and mixology courses.

Siendo el ron el “strong” de esta receta y el Planter’s Punch el punto de partida que usó Don the Beachcomber para muchos de sus mejores cócteles, ya podemos ver cuál es el concepto del blog: ron, cócteles tiki, siropes homemade y mucho mas.
