In 9 series Javier Caballero will show you in a simple way the necessary steps you need to know for all basic and non basic premixes in order to get a good set up in a bar, no matter if you are a professional or an amateur who wants to surprise your friends.

At the end of this workshop, you will have learned the basic techniques of how to prepare the main premixes for a good set up in a bar.

Tecnicas basicas de cocteleria

In these 10 series and 9 recipes, Javier Caballero shows us the main techniques used in mixology and their differences. We will learn what technique to choose depending on the final result we are aiming for.

After finishing this workshop, we will have learned the basic techniques of mixology and we would have expanded our knowledge on the different consumption moments, flavour profiles, and the importance of the routine during the service.

Vicente and Michele will show us in 12 videos the Basic Handling for Bartrainers. The handling must be precise. From the point of view of the movement, it must be fast, not tiring and safe. We will learn how to be more productive by improving our skills to be able to use both hands for cutting, measuring, for taking different types of bottles with various weights and for combining two or more bottles at a time. We will also see the different ways to serve with efficiency and aesthetics.

Once you finish this workshop, you will have gained the necessary skills to work safely behind a bar, to be more fast and efficient and to work with more style. You will know each handling and how to apply them in direct drinks and cocktails.
